the artist: Kenneth Spirduso paints in oil and his portraits combine the methods of the classical tradition with the color of impressionism. He has many animated film credits with Walt Disney Studios in Florida and Sullivan-Bluth Sudios in Dublin, Ireland. Working as a layout artist, he designed backgrounds for movies such as Thumbelina, The Lion King, Pocahontas, Tarzan and Lilo and Stitch and painted backgrounds for Brother Bear. Ken paints historical and equestrian subjects as well as commissioned portraits. He lives with his wife and two children in Virginia. |
