Welcome to Lord Nelson's Gallery

WE ARE MOVING! After 30 years in our currently location, we will be moving a few doors up the street to 17 Chambersburg Street in downtown Gettysburg in early 2021. That space was formerly occupied by The Gettysburg Frame Shop & Gallery. We will be working with their framer who has started his own business, Gettysburg Custom Framing. Lord Nelson's Gallery will share the space with Gettysburg Custom Framing and will be working together to continue offering you quality art, gifts, custom framing and exceptional service. With the upcoming change, we are currently having a MOVING SALE with discounts on select art pieces we are currently overstocked on. Sale priced art is noted in the "Print Inventory" list and on individual indexes/pages within the site including some original art and accoutrements. Many more items not shown on this website are on sale in the store, so stop by or click early on this site for the best selection!!

Our James Gettys Hotel building sold in 2019 and plans are underway by the new owners to use our space for their hotel operations. With the owner of the frame shop announcing he would retire at the end of 2020, the timing was right for moving the gallery in early 2021.

Lord Nelson's Gallery is located in historic downtown Gettysburg, PA. Roughly half of the gallery is devoted to wildlife, nostalgic, and handcrafted art, gifts, and accessories. The other half is what we're best known for, the country's largest exhibitor of Eastern Indian/Frontier art of the French & Indian War period with an equally impressive collection of related books and fine contemporary accoutrements.

You'll find artwork by John Buxton, Robert Griffing, David Wright, Pamela Patrick White, Carl Brenders, John Weiss, Heide Presse, Dean Morrissey, Jason Tako, Mark Hopkins, Wayne Hyde and more. You'll find their work in the gallery section of the site.
